Cancellations Within 24 Hours of Scheduled Pickup Time will result in FULL CHARGE

There is a three hour minimum (hourly hire)

Higher Minimum Charges may apply on Friday and Saturday

50% nonrefundable deposit is required on all reservations. Tolls, airport FHV (For Hire Vehicle) access fee, parking, standard 20% gratuity and 3% fuel surcharge are not included in the price. A bottle of cold water is complimentary. Early morning surcharge: $20.00 (11:00 PM - 5:00 AM) All airport pick-ups include a 30 minutes (50 for all direct international flights) waiting time from original updated scheduled arrival time at no charge. Port of Miami & Port Everglades pickups include a 30 minutes wait from reservation time at no charge. All other pickup locations include a 15 minutes grace period before waiting time ($60.00 per hour) applies. Miami International Airport FHV (For Hire Vehicle) access fees: $7.50, Miami International Airport parking: $5.00. Port of Miami FHV (For Hire Vehicle) access fee: $20.00, Port of Miami parking: $5.00

• A no-show takes place when a car has been waiting for you at the pick up location for a determined period of time (1 hour after the plane has landed or a half hour at locations other than the Airports) and there is no contact between you and the chauffeur or you and the office. This situation usually occurs when you fail to cancel your reservation within the allotted time frame, or you need much more time than expected to get to the car and fail to notify your chauffeur or the office.

 

• If the pick up is at the airport or out of town, you will be charged the full fare from Miami to the reserved Airport/Town location and in special situations waiting time and parking will also be added to the no-show fee.

• For pickups in Miami (not airports) you will be charged for 1 hour at the hourly vehicle rate.

• Cancellation fee: If more than 24 hours before scheduled pickup.

• NO-SHOW: 24 hours or less before scheduled pickup.

• Why? Once a booking is confirmed, a vehicle/driver is assigned/reserved 24 hours before scheduled pickup time. From this point, that vehicle/driver cannot be assigned to another job around the same time slot. Since we are in-advance reservations only, the reserved vehicle/driver will be left without assignment.

• $50.00 for 8 & 10 passenger stretch limousines.

• $25.00 for sedans

 

• $35.00 for SUVs (12 to 5 hours in advance).

 

• Cancellation fees do not apply when reservations are re-scheduled 24 hours before scheduled pickup. However, if you make a short notice change to your pickup time, a cancellation fee or waiting time may be imposed according to the situation which will be evaluated by our management.

• With your confirmation, you will be given a phone number to call in the event of not being able to make contact (this would normally occur when there is a last minute gate change, the terminal's arrivals monitor is incorrect or the terminal parking lot is full or closed).
